Every Fitness Program begins in the kitchen. We will establish a plan based on your preferences, restrictions and needs, make adjustments to your nutrition plan based on bi-weekly progress or as needed, and provide regular “Fit Food Recipes” to help keep your plan fresh. A customized training protocol will be provided and includes a weekly interactive calendar allowing you to communicate with your coach in real time, rate your training experience, and log and adjust training based on your schedule.

Through the use of technology we are able to work one on one with anyone in the world. We use technology to help our clients to achieve their desired results using the right diet, training protocol, and the help of an expert coach. Wearable device integration with automatic step recording is just one of the many ways we help you achieve your goals. Pair your online profile with Fitbit, Garmin, Moveband, Apple Health Kit and more.

Allowing our app to access your Apple Health Kit data will allow you to automatically log your daily steps you your journal, so you can stay on track of other fitness goals. To enable automatic syncing with Apple Health, login to your profile, go to Settings >Optional> and activate “Enable Apple Watch Sync” (Only available on iOS devices).
Health kit is used to fetch the daily steps count and this data will be added to My log under exercise section.
